Are the schools segregated by design? What factors lead to segregation? Who controls those factors?

That said, segregation should not be confused with changing demographics.

We should learn from technology and figure out how to tap into the same to foster POSITIVE addictions.

Dopamine isn't new; the techies have just figured out how to use it as leverage.
